Ethiopia Washed FTO

ETHIOPIA Washed FTO – This coffee take me back decades to great Ethiopias from the past.  So easy to drink with peach and melon sweetness, a lemon jasmine floral character and a milky chocolatey backdrop.  It would be best enjoyed as a pour over where you can notice nuances of pineapple and cranberry.  It has a creamy viscosity, but somehow is still light and bright. This coffee is sourced from family-owned farms organized around the Banko Dhadhato within the coffee region of Yirgacheffe in the Gedeo Zone, Southern Ethiopia. The Banko Dhadhato Cooperative currently has 177 members.
